Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR)

The National Association of REALTORS® offers the BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource) certification to REALTORS® as evaluating properties depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives.

Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB)

The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) is one of the most respected and relevant designations offered in real estate business management and is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed advanced educational and professional requirements. CRB Designees are better positioned to streamline operations, integrate new technology and apply new trends and business strategies. Certified Residential Specialists (CRS)

• Only 5 percent of all REALTORS® have earned this prestigious credential.

• The education is considered “top shelf” among the experts.

• I have access to one of the best networking systems in the country to help my relocating clients.

• Council members were involved in nearly 25 percent of all residential real estate transactions in the United States.

Certified Residential Specialists have advanced training, experience, and nationwide access to a network of resources to make us the preferred choice in residential real estate sales.

REALTOR e-PRO®

REALTOR e-PRO® is a revolutionary training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is the first major trade group to offer certification for online professionalism.

REALTOR® e-PRO is not just about technology – it’s about how you can leverage your most powerful asset, your people-skills, into doing more business on the Internet.

REALTOR e-PRO® gives you:
– Exhaustive Internet Training
– Unique Competitive Advantage
– Professional Distinction

Established by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Green REsource Council was founded to make the knowledge of green real estate practices available to everyone. We accomplish this by focusing our attention on providing sustainable education to real estate agents; the link to millions of home buyers, sellers and builders.

We award students who successfully complete the program requirements with NAR’s Green Designation and membership to our council. Designed for residential professionals, NAR’s Green Designation addresses the increasing demand for knowledge and resources on both new and existing sustainable homes.

Green REsource Council members place themselves at the leading edge of green real estate, gaining access to member benefits including ongoing education, up-to-date green resources and professionally crafted marketing tools. We also work to promote NAR’s Green Designation by growing consumer and builder awareness and supporting green real estate advocacy.

Graduate REALTOR’s Institute (GRI)

REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas.

Military Relocation Professional (MRP)

NAR’s Military Relocation Professional certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.

Performance Management Network (PMN)

The Performance Management Network (PMN) is a new REALTOR® designation that’s built from the ground up to bring you the real-world skills, the know-how and the tools that will keep your business out front and on top of a lighting-fast market. This designation is unique to the REALTOR® family designations, focusing on the idea that in order to enhance your business, you must enhance yourself. The curriculum is driven by the following topics: negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning & systems, personal performance management and cultural differences in buying and selling.

Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

The National Association of REALTORS® offers the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR) to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows.

According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” transaction. REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
